Fredrik Backman to Speak in Winston-Salem

Fredrik Backman, the internationally acclaimed author of A Man Called Ove and Beartown, will visit Winston-Salem this week to discuss his new book, My Friends. The event, hosted by Bookmarks, marks the latest milestone in Backman’s remarkable literary career.

Backman, a Swedish writer whose novels have been translated into over 40 languages, is known for his distinctive storytelling style that blends humor, heart, and profound insights into human nature. His works have resonated with millions of readers around the world, earning him a place among contemporary literary greats.
